I provide representation on all criminal charges, traffic tickets, DWI charges and Motor Vehicle Commission hearings throughout all of New Jersey.

Do you have a fast approaching Court date?  Need an Attorney quickly?  In most cases I should be able to represent you on short notice.  You can even contact me on Saturday and Sunday.  As long as I agree to take your case, receive payment and all paperwork is provided to me by fax or e-mail (scanned copies) I should be able to represent you.

I only take cases where I believe I will be able to help you in some way.  Please review my Education/Experience page to see some of the people I have helped in the past.

**After reviewing my Education/Experience page, please review my rates page and fill out the contact information form located on this website if you are serious about hiring an Attorney to represent you on your NJ DWI matter.**

You need to protect your rights if you have been charged with drunk driving in New Jersey.  New Jersey DWI is a serious charge and you should give serious consideration to hiring an Attorney to protect your rights.

It is an unpleasant feeling to be pulled over while driving, asked to do field sobriety tests, placed in handcuffs and brought to the police station.  You then had to call a friend or family member to come pick you up at the police station.  You probably felt some amount of embarrassment and shame.

I do not pass judgement on anyone charged with New Jersey drunk driving.  I am here to help you through this difficult time if you decide to use my services.

Maybe it was a few glasses of wine with dinner or a few drinks with friends after work.

Whatever the reason that has brought you to my website, you should give serious consideration to hiring an Attorney to represent you.

The penalties imposed upon conviction of a New Jersey drunk driving charge are severe.  Even first time offenders have their licenses suspended upon conviction.

I charge flat fee amounts for my services.  VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER AND AMERICAN EXPRESS ARE ACCEPTED.

You do not have anything to lose by calling for a free telephone consultation.  During the free telephone consultation, I will listen to you about what happened, explain to you the penalties involved and determine the amount that I will charge you.

After the free telephone consultation, there is no obligation to hire me and everything you discuss with me is confidential.
Criminal Matters in Municipal Court

Criminal charges in Municipal Court are called disorderly persons offenses and petty disorderly persons offenses (other states call these types of charges misdemeanors).  As per
New Jersey law (N.J.S.A. 2c:43-8), someone convicted of a disorderly persons offense may be sentenced to imprisonment for up to six months.  You may be sentenced to imprisonment for up to 30 days if convicted of a petty disorderly persons offense.

Legal advice is not provided during the free consultation.  However, during the free consultation I will evaluate your case and determine the amount that I will charge you.  There is no further obligation if you decide not to hire me and everything you discuss with me regarding your matter is confidential.  Legal advice will be provided after you retain me as your Attorney.
